The emblem of New Horizon Institute of Technology & Management (NHITM) features a yellow circle with a shield inscribed with the motifs of a pair of gearwheels, a power transmission tower, an automobile, a factory, a beaker and a computer network placed around an open book with a rising sun and its initials ‘NHITM’, ensconced by a green circular border inscribed with the name of the college. Below the seal, on a green banner, the motto of the college in Latin ‘Educere Excellere’ which translates to ‘To Lead Out, to Excel’ or ‘To Educate, to Excel’. The shield represents protection, strength, and defense of values; the sun symbolises a new horizon and the dawn of knowledge and opportunities.
