On a banner placed below the gear, the motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘बलस्य मूलं विज्ञानम्’ meaning 'The Source of Strength is Science' is inscribed. The year of establishment of the college is placed at the bottom. The gearwheel denotes technology, engineering, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; and the twig of leaves refers to resilience, renewal, and strength, representing quiet endurance through its ability to adapt and grow.
