The emblem of Peoples Education Society's College of Engineering (PESCE) features a black shield inscribed with the motifs of a gearwheel, a transmission tower, a diagram of an atom, and a bridge supported by the name of the college. Below these a pair of deer support a dharmachakra and the college’s year of establishment is written. A yellow placed on the shield at the bottom is inscribed with the status of the college. A pair of yellow laurels support the shield. A pair of deer holding a Dharmachakra symbolizes the Buddha's first sermon at Deer Park in Sarnath, with the deer representing the disciples who joyfully listen to his teachings. The Dharmachakra (Wheel of Dharma) represents the Buddha's teachings, particularly the Noble Eightfold Path, and the deer represent the listeners who are touched by it. Together, the symbol signifies the universal appeal, compassion, and harmony of the Buddha's Dharma, as well as the union of skillful means and wisdom needed for enlightenment. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; and the other motifs refer to the subject disciplines of engineering.
