The circular seal of Rajendra Mane College of Engineering & Technology (RMCET) features a pictorial of an abstract butterfly holding the motifs of a computer, an open book, telecommunication equipment, a car, a motorcycle, a set of mechanical tools, engineering instruments, and medical technology equipment  referring to the different subject disciplines of technology and engineering studies. The butterfly is ensconced by a red circular border inscribed with the motto of the college ‘Work is Worship’ and the initials ‘RMCET’ of the college.
