BRUHAT BENGALURU MAHANAGARA PALIKE 
Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) is the administrative body that is responsible for all civic amenities and some infrastructural assets of the Greater Bengaluru metropolitan area. BBMP is one of the largest municipal corporations in India and its responsibilities include zoning and building regulations, health, hygiene, licensing, trade and education. It also looks at quality of life issues such as public open spaces, water bodies, parks and greenery. The idea of creating a logo was mooted by the Bengaluru Tourism Advisory Committee. The Department Tourism of Karnataka crowdsourced the logo where people from National Institute of Design, National Institute of Fashion echnology, Chitrakala Parishat, Srishti School of Design and several others took part. The authorities received 1750 entries. It is a simple logo with the options to change the colour (green, red, yellow) on it depending on the occasion. Its emblem has its silhouette of the legendary historical watch tower in a yellow circle placed on an orange circle eccentrically.

The university's mission is to inculcate the essence of the Sanskrit Shloka ‘पदं हि सर्वत्र गुणैर्निधीयते’ meaning ‘Good Qualities Put their Footprints Everywhere’. The logo of the university has a blue and green abstract pictorial of ‘U’ and on its right a wordmark of its name in capitals thin serif letters with smooth transition of strokes. The counter of the ‘U’ is filled blue and a stroke of blue and green flows across diagonally from left to right top. This is further cut out by another ‘U’ at the top right corner. The colour blue represents serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty and the colour green denotes life, production, fertility, agriculture, environment and nature. The logo is modern, trendy and attractive.

The weighing scales with the twin balance pans symbolise equity, fairness, objectivity and truth; the mortarboard hat or Oxford hat denotes educational achievement, equality, tradition and rights of passage; the figures holding hands directly atop the scale beam highlights unity, collaboration, teamwork and community integration.

SHIVALIK COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, UDHAMPUR (SCE UDHAMPUR) The emblem of Shivalik College of Education, Udhampur (SCE Udhampur) features a yellow circle with a red shield inscribed with the motifs of a flaming torch, a scroll, a mortarboard hat, flowing waters and rising sun over a blue sky. The shield is supported by a pair of twigs with red flowers on sides, the name of the university and the name of the place. The assemblage is placed within a blue banner inscribed with the name of the college.
