STARTUP INDIA

Startup India was lauched under the aegis of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. It is an initiative of the Government of India that is based on simplification and handholding, funding support and incentives and industry-academia partnership and incubation. Its Logo shows the name of the campaign without any spaces, and the name is preceded by a hashtag, which symbolises a popular online culture among organisations to market or promote their products or services through social media. The hashtag acts as a keyword. The name in the logo is followed by a symbol showing an upward step, which means growth and progress. The entire logo uses the colours of the Indian flag.

CENTRAL UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH BIHAR Central University of South Bihar (CUSB), Gaya, India, is one among fifty four such universities of the Central Government. It was established as Central University of Bihar (CUB) and the name since changed by the Central Universities (Amendment) Act, 2014 to Central University of South Bihar (CUSB). The Executive Council of the Central University of Bihar passed a resolution and accepted the logo of the university on November 20, 2010. The new logo of the university came into existence in August, 2018. The logo of the University is an adaptation of a peepal tree symbolising the rich culture of Bihar. RAJASTHAN UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) was established under the Act of State Government The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences Act, 2005 (Act No. 1 of 2005) on February 25, 2005. The emblem of the university is circular and made up of elements in yellow, orange and red shades. At its centre is the map of Rajasthan State with a staff encircled with a pair of serpents and wings symbolising Greek and Roman Gods of health called Hermes and Mercury adapted as a symbol of modern medical science along with the year of its establishment ‘2006 A.D’. The map is encircled by a pair of twigs of leaves which in Western philosophy symbolises Olive branches which is an expression of peace, love and harmony. PRADHAN MANTRI JAN AROGYA YOJANA Ensuring good health cover or quality hospital services for the citizens of India, the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) was launched in 2018 by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Also known as the Ayushman Bharat Yojana or the National Health Protection Scheme, the initiative aims at making required interventions in the healthcare systems in the country. The PM-JAY logo shows the expanded form written in Devanagari script at the top. The middle part shows the icon of a human being sitting in an upright position and is preceded by petals of a flower, which symbolizes sound health and wellbeing. This spot also mentions आयुष्मान भारत in Devanagari script, which indicates longevity or long life of human beings. The acronym of the scheme is given at the bottom.

THUMS UP Thums Up was created in 1977, after the American company Coca Cola withdrew from India. The Chauhan brothers owned part of the Parle company and already had two other brands of soda, Limca and Gold Spot, which were popular in India at the time. In the year 1993 Coca Cola bought the Parle owned drinks Gold Spot, Limca and Thums Up. The original Thums Up logo was a red hand gesture with a slanted, white, sans-serif typeface. This would later be modified by Coca Cola with blue strokes and a more modern-looking typeface.

8 MOUNTAIN DIVISION The 8 Mountain Division was raised in 1963 to combat insurgency in Nagaland. The Counter Insurgency and Jungle Warfare (CIJW) School was established at Vairangte, Mizoram to impart pre-induction training to all the incoming units. Towards the end of the 1960s, this Division had well over thirty battalions under command, including those of the Assam Rifles and the other Central Police Organisations. The formation badge and sleeve patch of this Division has numeral 8 in gold with red dagger through the centre on black background.
