The National Design Policy had recommended setting up design institutes on the lines of NID, Ahmedabad in various parts of India to promote design programmes. National Institute of Design Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh had commenced its first academic session with a batch of 57 students from its own campus at Acharpura in Bhopal in July 2019. Its logo is a monogram of its acronym NIDMP, which is designed with emphasis on even stroke thickness, eccentric curved lines and accentuating the dot of the ‘i’ makes this easy to identify and recall and versatile in use.

RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.

GLOBAL CENTRE FOR NUCLEAR ENERGY PARTNERSHIP Global Centre for Nuclear Energy Partnership (GCNEP) comes under the purview of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) of Government of India. The vignetted blue to cyan colour circular logo has a partial structure of atom on top and its acronyms in Devanagari and English. The motto of the institution is written along the circumference in Devanagari ‘राष्ट्र की सेवा में परमाणु’ meaning ‘Atoms in the Service of the Nation, above and below respectively in grey. The taglines are supported on either side by Indian National Tricolour stripes.

JIJAU COMMERCIAL CO-OP. BANK LTD. (JIJAU BANK) The emblem of Jijau Commercial Co-op. Bank Ltd. (Jijau Bank) has a profile image of Rajmata Jijau on a green circle ensconced by a partial gear wheel which is inscribed with its name and place in Devanagari. This assemblage is supported by a red banner bearing its motto ‘राष्ट्रमेव जयते’ meaning ‘Let the Nation Triumph’. The gear wheel refers to industry and industrial financing.

The dark blue portion is a left to right upward sweeping stroke, bearing the name of the university. The yellow portion has a torch, the flame of which is written using its acronym. The shield has blue borderlines. The name and place of the university is written on the right side of the pictorial in classic serif font. The dark blue with contemporary cues of technology, performance and advancement strikes a synergy with the golden yellow radiance of tradition, culture and values.
