DIRECTORATE OF TOURISM, GOVERNMENT OF MEGHALAYA

The emblem of Directorate of Tourism, Government of Meghalaya (DTGM) is a word mark ‘Meghalaya’ placed in a green banner, created with brush strokes script, with the letter ‘g’ treated as a plant and leaf and the ascenders of ‘h’ and ‘l’ support a hanging bridge made of live tree branches. Below that on a poodle of water in cyan colour ‘Tourism’ is written. The logo duly represents the unique natural identities of the State and the colours chosen give a pleasant and comfortable feel.
