The emblem of Bharath College of Science and Management (Bharath College) (BCSM) features a computer displaying an image of a globe supporting the map of Bharat (India) with the motifs of a palmyrah palm tree, a mortarboard hat, a factory and a veena placed around and ensconced by a blue circular border inscribed with the name and place of the college. Below the seal, on a banner, the motto of the college ‘Creativity Through Science & Management is inscribed. The computer and the factory refers to science, technology and engineering; the mortarboard hat or Oxford hat denotes educational achievement, equality, tradition and rights of passage; the globe refers to education, knowledge, influence, timelessness, global unity and interconnectedness; the map symbolises the college’s nationalistic orientation; the veena refers to arts, culture, heritage and history; and palmyrah palm tree is the State Tree of the State of Tamilnadu.
