The emblem of DRIEMS University features a blue and yellow hexagonal-shaped pictorial of an open book supporting a rising sun housing a motif of a spread of lotus with a yantra. On a banner placed below the pictorial, the motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘सर्वं सम्भाव्यते त्वयि’ (34.7, Adi Parva, Mahabharata) meaning ‘You can do anything’. The name of the university is written on the right in sans-serif capitals in blue. The sun represents life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; and the book denotes knowledge, education, learning and wisdom.

JSS SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY The emblem of JSS Science and Technology University (JSSSTU) features the picture of Sri Adi Jagadguru Bagavatpada, which is ensconced in the letter ‘ॐ’ drawn as a border. In the border at the top 'ಕಾಯಕವೇ ಕೈಲಾಸ' in Kannada  meaning ‘Work is Worship’ and at the bottom ‘JSS Maha Vidyapeetha’ are written. These are further circumscribed by three pairs of two overlapping arrows in orange and blue forming a revolving pattern also forming a hexagon. The emblem denotes constant evolution and growth. The colour orange symbolises energy, vitality, creativity, inspiration, joy and happiness and the colour blue symbolises serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.
