PLASTICS EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL
The Plastics Export Promotion Council - popularly known as PLEXCONCIL is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, Government of India, represents the exporting community in the Indian plastics industry. The export promotion strategies evolved since 1955, the year when PLEXCONCIL was born, have fetched rich dividends, which is exhibited in the form of high export growth rates. PLEXCONCIL is the apex body of the plastics industry in India. Its bright red coloured logo has an upward pointing arrow symbolising growth and plastic injection. The arrow head is surrounded by a red circle wherein the name and its acronym is written in reverse. Its full name is written in white along the circle. The upward arrow symbolises growth and this symbol as a whole may represent a plastic moulding machine.

UNIVERSITY OF RAJASTHAN The University of Rajputana was established in January 8, 1947. Its emblem is a three layered concentric circle. The inner circle in black colour has a traditional lamp in the middle supported on left by Ashoka Chakra, right by a book, below these by ‘1947’ and topped by its name. The second layer has its name in Devanagari write in red on a golden background on top and by its motto in Sanskrit ‘धर्मोविश्वस्य जगतः प्रतिष्ठा’ meaning ‘The Whole World is Sustainable only by Virtue of Satya, Ahimasa, Tyag, Pragna, Karuna and Maitri’. SINGHANIA UNIVERSITY Singhania University was established under the Ordinance 6 of 2007 of Government of Rajasthan by D. C. Singhania. The university was inaugurated on October 21, 2007 by its founder. The circular blue colour logo of the university has a flying pigeon placed atop the year of establishment ‘2007’ ensconced by a blue border which carries the name of the university and its motto ‘Knowledge is Power’. The flying pigeon signifies fertility and prosperity, fortune, luck and transformation. The bird also symbolises persistence, harmony, wellbeing, mercy, forgiveness and freedom. The colour blue symbolises serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.

MADHYA PRADESH POLICE Reorganization of States led to the formation of State of Madhya Pradesh on November 01, 1956 comprising of the erstwhile central province of Bhopal, Madhya Bharat and Vindhya Pradesh. The first Inspector General of the new state was Shri B.G.Ghate, who was succeeded by Shri K. F. Rustamji in 1958. The emblem of the Madhya Pradesh Police has a circle inscribed with Devanagari acronym ‘माप्रपु’ in cyan. In the backdrop is a cross in black, which is encircled by a laurel with Ashoka Lion Pillar as crest. At the bottom on a cyan colour banner the motto 'देश भक्ति - जन सेवा' meaning 'Patriotism - Public Service' is inscribed on a banner.

The McPherson Committee formed by the Government of India, recommended the establishment of the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad. It was formally opened on December 9, 1926, by Lord Irwin. MANIPUR UNIVERSITY OF CULTURE The Manipur University of Culture (MUC) was established in 2015 by the Government of Manipur through the Manipur University of Culture Bill, 2015. The university started its academic sessions from September 20, 2016. Currently it offers graduate courses in  dance, music, sankirtana, Umang Lai Haraoba, Thang-Ta, theatre, tribal studies and visual arts and it has plans to offer postgraduate and doctoral programmes in the coming years.
