The shield refers to protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication; the flame refers to emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power; and the colour brown signifies earthiness, simplicity, stability, humility, warmth, reliability, endurance, timelessness and tradition.
