The gearwheel refers to engineering studies; the book refers to learning, education, knowledge and wisdom; the torch is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power; the sun refers to life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; and the crown refers to achievement, glory, power and authority.
