The emblem of MET'S School of Engineering (METSE) features a five-pointed star supported by a column circumscribed by its name with its year of establishment written at the base. A pair of green laurels support the seal on the sides. The star symbolises harmony among all things in life, with its points providing insight into how we can strive towards achieving this goal; and the laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication.

GOVERNMENT GANDHI MEMORIAL SCIENCE COLLEGE, JAMMU (GGM SC JAMMU) The emblem of Government Gandhi Memorial Science College, Jammu (GGM SC Jammu) features three orange and cyan feathers held by a royal coronet with a scroll inscribed with the motto ‘Ich Dien’ of the college in Old German, which translates to ‘I Serve’. The name of the college surmounts the motifs and its year of establishment is written at the bottom. The college was originally established in 1905 as the Prince of Wales College to commemorate the visit of the Prince of Wales (later King George V) to Jammu. Because of this royal connection, the institution adopted the official heraldic badge of the Heir Apparent to the British throne. COLUMBA'S COLLEGE, HAZARIBAGH (SCC) The emblem of St. Columba's College, Hazaribagh (SCC) features a light blue shield inscribed with the motifs of a cross, a dove, elements like elements including a castle, a lion and a harp, a leopard (or panther) and a coiled serpent, along with the letter ‘M’ and a figure representing Saint Columba (an Irish abbot and missionary) standing before a rising sun. Below the shield, on a blue banner, the motto of the college in Latin ‘Domine Quis Habitabit?’ (opening of Psalm 15 in the Bible) meaning ‘Lord, who may dwell’ is written. The university was inaugurated on October 21, 2007 by its founder.
