The National Cooperative Consumer’s Federation of India Limited (NCCF) is the apex ederation of the consumer cooperatives in the country. NCCF was set up on October 16, 1965 and is administered under the Multi State Cooperative Societies Act 2002. The present membership of the NCCF has primary cooperatives, stores, wholesale societies, State level consumer cooperative federations, National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) and the Government of India. Its logo has a silhouetted human face encircled by four symbolic human figures in cyan and grey. Below to this is the acronym NCCF in English is written in blue.

SAMBALPUR UNIVERSITY The Sambalpur University Act was passed by the Odisha Legislature on December 10, 1966 and the University started functioning from January 1, 1967. The university was inaugurated on January 4, 1967. In 1973 the University was shifted to the present campus named Jyoti Vihar at Burla. The emblem of the university has the motifs of gear wheels, chimney and electric transmission tower representing industry; plough representing agriculture; deer representing the local wildlife; an open book denoting knowledge and wisdom; a torch symbolising light, truth and power; the Wheel of Konark symbolising Odisha’s culture and history and river symbolising Mahanadi. All these are ensconced by a circular border and along the border the name of the university is written. The motto of the university in Sanskrit ‘विद्यया विन्दतेऽमृतम्’ (Verse 4 II, Kena Upanishad) meaning ‘By Self-knowledge Immortality is Attained’ is written at the bottom of the emblem.

XAVIER'S COLLEGE, DUMKA (SXCD) The emblem of St. Xavier's College, Dumka (SXCD) features a shield inscribed with the motifs of ‘IHS’ monogram within a sun, a traditional lamp and an open book supported by a yellow banner inscribed with the motto of the college ‘To Enlighten and To Empower’. This assemblage is ensconced by a purple circular border inscribed with the name and place of the college. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; sunburst with IHS is the Jesuit seal and it represents the name of Jesus. It is derived from the first three letters of Jesus' name in Greek (ΙΗΣ); the lamp symbolises enlightenment, removal of ignorance and the light of the world; and the book is a universal symbol for learning, education, and the spread of knowledge.
