The emblem of Adhiyamaan College of Engineering (ACE) features a gearwheel housing a motif of a globe circumscribed with its name and place, holding the images of an open book and a traditional lamp. The seal is supported by a red banner inscribed with ‘Achieve Create Excel’, which is the motto  of the college. The gearwheel denotes interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; the globe refers to education, knowledge, influence, timelessness, global unity and interconnectedness; the book refers to knowledge, education, learning and wisdom; and the traditional lamp signifies symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity.

At the bottom, a banner inscribed with the motto of the college in Tamil ‘‘கற்றனைத் தூறும் அறிவு’ (Thiruvalluvar, 396, Thirukkural) meaning ‘Knowledge Grows As Much As One Learns’ is inscribed is placed on the seal. Athiyaman and Avvaiyar refer to history and heritage; the book, sun and the humans refer to education and educational achievement; the tree refers to nature, sustenance and growth; the computer refers to technology; and the dam refers to the local landmark.
