The circular emblem of Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology (Sriventech) features the image of Lord Venkateswara placed in a ‘vimana’ supported by a lotus and an open book surrounded by the motifs of a satellite, a computer, an electrical transmission tower, a glowing sun, and a traditional lamp placed in a circle. The circle is ensconced by a golden border, which is inscribed with its name and motto ‘Perseverance Progress Prosperity’. Lord Venkateswara is the symbol of divine blessings and benevolence; the sun refers to life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; the lotus denotes purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty; the traditional symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; and the other motifs refer to the branches of engineering taught in this Institute.
