The blue octagonal seal of Nandha Engineering College divided into halves by a banner inscribed with ‘Nandha Educational Institutions’ features an eagle superimposed by a pentagon inscribed with its initials ‘NEI' and supported by the motifs an  open book, a traditional lamp on a lotus and a trophy supported by its motto ‘Learn Serve Succeed’. The octagon symbolises rebirth, regeneration, transition, and infinity; the eagle refers to strength, freedom, courage, and power; the pentagon signifies to protection, balance, harmony, and health; the book refers to learning, education, knowledge and wisdom; the lamp and the lotus refer to purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty; and the trophy refers to winning, achievement and success.
