The emblem of Warangal District Co-operative Central Bank Ltd. (WDCCB) features a photograph of Kakatiya Kala Thoranam, also known as the Warangal Gates, a historical archway that was part of the Warangal Fort, built in the 12th century by the Kakatiya Dynasty with a photograph of a farmer tilling the field with a pair of oxen and hoe supported by a pair of laurels’ placed in a circle. The motifs are surmounted by the name of the bank and supported by its initials ‘WDCCB’ on a banner. At the bottom, the status of the bank is written in Telugu. The Kakatiya Thoranam refers to the District’s heritage and history, the farmer and the field refer to agriculture, agricultural banking and finance; and the laurels refer to ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication.
