The human figures representing adults and a child (or an evolving individual) symbolise a supportive academic community, mentorship and holistic human development. The blue circle above the figures represents focused targets, holistic wisdom or global achievements that students strive toward. The book  represents formal education, literacy and academic study as the bedrock of all personal advancement; and the laurels are symbols of honour, victory, distinction and scholarly achievement.
