The green and blue circular emblem of The Krishna Chaitanya Institute of Technology & Sciences (KITS) features a motif of gopuram of Markapur Chennakesava Swamy Temple supported by its initials ensconced by a blue circular border, inscribed with its name and further circumscribed by a green gearwheel. An open book supports the seal and a green banner placed at the bottom inscribed with its motto. The temple represents divine grace, benevolence and blessings; the book refers to education, knowledge, learning and wisdom; and the gearwheel denotes interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure.

KONERU LAKSHMAIAH EDUCATION FOUNDATION Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation (KLEF) has been deemed to be university since 2009. Earlier it was known as Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering (KLCE) and Koneru Lakshmaiah University, located in Vaddeswaram, Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh. The red and blue emblem of the foundation has a gear wheel with twelve teeth of which nine bear the symbols of nine planets. It houses the motifs of a factory, atomic symbol, a bridge and a transmission tower within a circle. There is a border around the circle bearing its name and its motto ‘Knowledge Leadership Universality’. The gear wheel symbolises interconnectedness; efficiency and precision; progress and advancement; synchronisation and timing and order and structure. The other motifs denote the fields of engineering the university offers to the students.
