College of Engineering & Research (SNDCOE) features yellow shield with red outlines bears an image of Goddess Jagadamaba and the motifs of a structure of an atom, a pair of gear wheels, a computer, a satellite dish antenna, a communication tower, a set of chimneys, and an electrical transmission tower. The name of the college surmounts the shield. On a banner, placed below the shield, the motto of the college ‘Perfection Efficiency Precision’ is written. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the Goddess refers to divine blessings and guidance; and the other motifs refer to the subject disciplines of engineering.

RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.
