The motto of the college ‘Vidhya Dan Shresht Dan’ (विद्या धन श्रेष्ठ धन) meaning ‘Knowledge is the Supreme Wealth’ is written on an orange banner placed at the bottom. The book refers to learning, education, knowledge and wisdom; the inkpot and quill pen symbolise the art of writing, creativity, and knowledge; the sun  represents life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; and the laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication.
