The emblem of Gokhale Education Society's, R.H. Sapat College of Engineering, Management Studies and Research (GES-CoEMSR) features a spread of seven-petalled blue lotus holding the motifs of an open book with an image of Saraswati Yantra,a laptop computer, a microscope, letter ‘ॐ’, an airplane, a satellite dish antenna, and the college’s motto in Sanskrit ‘प्रदीपो ज्ञानिनाम्', which translates to ‘The light of knowledge’. The lotus is supported by a rising sun and at the bottom of a banner, the name of the college is written. The blue lotus symbolises purity, spiritual awakening, and enlightenment; the sun represents life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; the book denotes knowledge, education, learning and wisdom; the letter ‘ॐ’ or Ohm is a symbol representing a sacred sound, syllable, mantra and an invocation; the Saraswati Yantra represents the goddess of wisdom, knowledge, and creativity; and the other motifs refer to the subject disciplines of engineering.
