The emblem of Shramsadhana Bombay Trust, College of Engineering & Technology (SSBT COET) features a traditional lamp surrounded by motifs of skyscrapers, laboratory equipment, an amplifier, a computer, a pair of gearwheels, and a satellite dish antenna ensconced by a traditional arch-like border inscribed with the name of the college and supported by its motto in Sanskrit ‘श्रम साधना’ meaning ‘Practice of Labour’. A pair of hands supports the seal and at the bottom the year of establishment of the college and the place of the college are written. The lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; the other motifs refer to the subject disciplines of engineering.

RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.

The circular emblem in orange and green has a gear wheel housing a pair of laurels and circle containing a map of India and its year of establishment ensconced by its motto ‘Knowledge is Power’ on a green border.
