The emblem of Matoshri Education Society's Matoshri Aasarabai Institute of Technology & Research Centre (MESMAITRC) features a yellow and red shield with the image of Goddess Saraswati, the God of Learning and motifs of a pair of gearwheels, a laptop computer, satellite dish antenna, a windmill, a diagram of an atom, a mobile phone handset, and a set of beakers. The shield is ensconced by a blue border inscribed with the name of the college and is supported by an orange banner inscribed with the motto of the college ‘Enriching Knowledge’. The orange banner placed atop the border is inscribed with the name of the managing Society. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; and the other motifs refer to the subject disciplines of engineering.

The vignetted blue to cyan colour circular logo has a partial structure of atom on top and its acronyms in Devanagari and English. The motto of the institution is written along the circumference in Devanagari ‘राष्ट्र की सेवा में परमाणु’ meaning ‘Atoms in the Service of the Nation, above and below respectively in grey. RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.

The motto of the college ‘கற்றனைத்தூறும் அறிவு’ (396, Thirukkural, Thiruvalluvar) meaning ‘Knowledge Grows As Much As One Learns’ is inscribed below the pictorial.
