The emblem of SNJB's Late Sau. Kantabai Bhavarlalji Jain College of Engineering, (Jain Gurukul) (SNJB) features a pair of crossed swords supported by an open book and supporting a glowing traditional lamp. The lamp is surrounded by a border inscribed with the words ‘सम्यक ज्ञान दर्शन चारित्र’ meaning ‘Right Knowledge Right Perception Right Conduct’ which are the three core tenets of Jainism, also known as the ‘Three Jewels’ (Triratna). The motifs are surmounted by a crescent inscribed with the name of the managing body. On a banner, placed at the bottom of seal, the motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘ॐ तेजस्विनावधीतमस्तु’ (Shanti mantra, Taittiriya Upanishad) meaning ‘May our Study be Enlightening’. The crossed swords symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; the lamp signifies symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; and the book refers to knowledge, education, learning and wisdom.

No. 15 Squadron NO 15 SQUADRON The No. 15 Squadron of Indian Air Force was formed on August 2, 1951 at Ambala. In 1983, the ‘Flying Lances’ were the first MiG-21 Bis squadron in the Air Force to be modified for the Matra Magic R55, air to air missiles. The squadron was again number plated in 2009 and re-raised in 2012 on the Su-30 at Sirsa AFS. The No. 15 Squadron’s motto is ‘Nihantavya Shatava’ meaning ‘Annihilate the Enemy’. This Squadron is also called ‘Flying Lances’. Its insignia has a flying lancer in the centre with a ball of fire background. It currently operates the Mikoyan MiG-21 from Jodhpur.
