The motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘विद्या ददाति विनयं’ (Narayana Pandit, Hitopadehsa) meaning ‘Knowledge Gives Humility’ is inscribed on a banner placed below the seal. The motto of the college 'Transforming Lives … Inventing the Future’ is written at the bottom. The gearwheel denotes technology, engineering, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure.
