RASHTRIYA SWAYAMSEVAK SANGH
Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), was founded by Dr Keshav Baliram Hedgewar on the auspicious occasion of Vijayadashami in the year September 27, 1925 at Nagpur in Central Bharat and announced "We are inaugurating Sangh today. Formal beginning of Sangh took place in Doctor Hedgewar’s house in Sukravari in Nagpur. Dr Hedgewar, a born patriot and freedom fighter, was a medical doctor but dedicated himself to the service of the nation. He was pained at the disorganised state of Hindu society and with an intention to organise them, he started the RSS. The ideal of the Sangh is to carry the nation to the pinnacle of glory through organizing the entire society. In a Shakha, a saffron (orange) flag - its symbol called the Bhagawa Dhwaj flutters in the midst of an open playground.

CHENNAI ARTS AND SCIENCE COLLEGE (CASC) The emblem of Chennai Arts and Science College (CASC) features a yellow shield with green outlines inscribed with the monogram of the initials of ‘CASC’ depicting a diagram of an atom. The shield is ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name of the college. The seal is supported on the sides by a pair of laurels and an open book at the bottom. PALLAVA DYNASTY - BULL The Pallava Dynasty existed from 275 CE to 897 CE, ruling a significant portion of the Deccan, also known as Thondaimandalam. The dynasty rose to prominence after the downfall of the Satavahana dynasty, with whom they had formerly served as feudatories. The Pallavas became a major South Indian power during the reign of Mahendravarman I(600–630 CE) and Narasimhavarman I (630–668 CE), dominating for about 600 years, until the end of the 9th century. Kancheepuram served as the capital of the Pallava kingdom.  They developed the Pallava script, from which, Grantha ultimately took form. This script eventually gave rise to several other Southeast Asian scripts such Khmer. The Chinese traveller Xuanzang visited Kanchipuram during Pallava rule and extolled their benign rule. DESH BHAGAT UNIVERSITY The orange and blue emblem of Desh Bhagat University (DBU) has a nib of a pen divided into three vertical parts denoting research, innovation and entrepreneurship, with its acronym ‘DBU’ written on it. ALIGARH MUSLIM UNIVERSITY Aligarh Muslim University grew out of the work of Sir Syed Ahmad Khan. Raja Jai Kishan helped Sir Syed in establishing the university. The British decision to replace the use of Persian in 1842 for government employment and as the language of Courts of Law caused deep anxiety among Muslims of the sub-continent. His purpose for the establishment of the Scientific Society in 1864, in Aligarh. Sir Syed's son, Syed Mahmood, who was an alumnus of Cambridge prepared a proposal for an independent university to the Muhammadan Anglo-Oriental College Fund Committee upon his return from England in 1872. Syed Mahmood continued to work along with his father in founding the college. By 1920 the college was transformed into the Aligarh Muslim University.
