The circular seal of Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering Research & Technology (RCERT) features an image of Wheel from the Sun Temple of Konark ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name and place of the college. Below the seal, on a yellow banner, the motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘आ नो भद्राः क्रतवो यन्तु विश्वतः’ (I-89-i, Rig Veda) meaning ‘Let Noble Thoughts Come to Me From All Directions’ is inscribed. The Wheel of Konark symbolises the passage of time, the cosmic cycle, and the Sun God's chariot.

14 CORPS The 14 Corps of the Indian Army is a part of the Army’s Udhampur-based Northern Command. It was raised after the Kargil War in 1999, to control troops in Ladakh. It currently consists of 3rd Infantry Division. The division was created in October 1962 in Ladakh. It fought in the Indo-Pakistani War of 1965. Until 1990, it was headquartered at Kohima under III Corps. It is headquartered at Kumbathang, near Kargil. SHER-E-KASHMIR UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY KASHMIR Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K) was founded in 1982 by an Act passed by the State Legislature of Jammu and Kashmir. The emblem of the university has a structure of a DNA housing a sheep, pine tree, an apple and heads of cereals placed in the background of mountains, rivers, grass and rising sun. This is topped by its motto ‘भावयविभोर्वै भवम्’ in Sanskrit and Kashmiri, which means ‘Feel the Power of the Lord’. All these are ensconced in a circular border, the top portion of which is treated like a gear wheel and the border bears the name of the university. No. 15 Squadron NO 15 SQUADRON The No. 15 Squadron of Indian Air Force was formed on August 2, 1951 at Ambala. In 1983, the ‘Flying Lances’ were the first MiG-21 Bis squadron in the Air Force to be modified for the Matra Magic R55, air to air missiles. The squadron was again number plated in 2009 and re-raised in 2012 on the Su-30 at Sirsa AFS. The No. 15 Squadron’s motto is ‘Nihantavya Shatava’ meaning ‘Annihilate the Enemy’. This Squadron is also called ‘Flying Lances’. Its insignia has a flying lancer in the centre with a ball of fire background. It currently operates the Mikoyan MiG-21 from Jodhpur.
