The orange and green emblem of Soil Health Card (SHC) has two arrows in green and orange pointing down and up respectively. The green block has a shoot of leaves surmounted by its name in Devanagari and the orange block has a hand holding the soil protectively. At the bottom of the motifs its tagline in Devanagari ‘स्वस्थ धरा, खेत,हरा’ meaning ‘Healthy Earth, Green Fields’ is written.

The portal hosts applications for approvals from twenty eight Central Departments and twenty State Governments. These approvals can be applied through NSWS.
