The red colour emblem of Lokmanya Tilak Jankalyan Shikshan Sastha, Priyadarshini J. L. College of Engineering (PJLCE) features a hand with a torch of flame and an electronic chip placed on an abstract human figure with sun forming the backdrop, ensconced by a gearwheel inscribed with the motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘तन्त्रज्ञानं प्रसारयितव्यम् एवं’ meaning ‘Technology Should be Disseminated’. On the two banners placed below the seal, the name of the college is written. The gearwheel that forms the outer boundary of the emblem symbolises engineering and industry; the human figure with a flame of torch represents knowledge, enlightenment, and progress; and the colour red signifies passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration.
