The books are the repositories of knowledge, representing the academic foundation and the core mission of learning; the radiating sun symbolizes the light of education or a new era of enlightenment, suggesting the dispelling of ignorance; and the radiant rays represent the far-reaching spread of knowledge and intellectual growth.
