The emblem of Manipal-Tata Medical College, Jamshedpur (MTMC) is known as ‘Manipal Mogo’ in short. The visual identity is centred around the ‘manah’ (mind) symbol. The ‘manah’ is about the development of the human mind, which is innovating daily to give the best solutions to life’s customers. The rich orange tone of copper signifies the change from the past (our heritage) to a bright and prosperous future. This emblem captures the exploring, caring nature to bring alive through the business of education. The symbol is supported by a pair of laurels and its tagline ‘Inspired by Life’ is inscribed at the bottom. The laurels signify ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication.

UTTARANCHAL UNIVERSITY Uttaranchal University has come a long way since its inception in 2013 providing world class multidisciplinary education. The university's mission is to inculcate the essence of the Sanskrit Shloka ‘पदं हि सर्वत्र गुणैर्निधीयते’ meaning ‘Good Qualities Put their Footprints Everywhere’. The logo of the university has a blue and green abstract pictorial of ‘U’ and on its right a wordmark of its name in capitals thin serif letters with smooth transition of strokes. The counter of the ‘U’ is filled blue and a stroke of blue and green flows across diagonally from left to right top. This is further cut out by another ‘U’ at the top right corner.
