Below the wheel, on a banner, the motto of the college in Sanskrit 'ą¤Øिą¤·्ą¤ ा ą¤§ृą¤¤ि ą¤øą¤¤्ą¤Æą¤®्', which translates to ‘Dedication, Steadfastness and Truth’ is inscribed. At the bottom, the year of establishment of the college is written. The gearwheel denotes technology, engineering, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; and the atom refers to science, engineering and technology. The colour blue signifies serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty; and red signifies passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration.

UTTARANCHAL UNIVERSITY Uttaranchal University has come a long way since its inception in 2013 providing world class multidisciplinary education. The colour blue represents serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty and the colour green denotes life, production, fertility, agriculture, environment and nature. The logo is modern, trendy and attractive.
