The emblem of Godda College, Godda features a traditional lamp supported by an open book and a swan on water and ensconced by a floral circular border and its motto in Sanskrit ‘विद्याधनं सर्वधनप्रधानम्’ (Niti Satakam, Bhartihari) meaning ‘Wealth of Education is the Supreme of all the Wealth’. The name of the college is written in Devanagari and English and its year of establishment is written on the ensconcing circular border. A five-pointed star and a diagram of an atom also are placed on the border. The lamp represents the light of knowledge, enlightenment and the removal of ignorance; the book refers to education, knowledge, learning  and wisdom; the swans are sacred and are symbols of grace and beauty; the flowers are representative of the State of Jharkhand; the star or pentagram represents the five elements, humanity and the cosmos; and the atomic diagram refers to science.

UTTARANCHAL UNIVERSITY Uttaranchal University has come a long way since its inception in 2013 providing world class multidisciplinary education. The university's mission is to inculcate the essence of the Sanskrit Shloka ‘पदं हि सर्वत्र गुणैर्निधीयते’ meaning ‘Good Qualities Put their Footprints Everywhere’. The logo of the university has a blue and green abstract pictorial of ‘U’ and on its right a wordmark of its name in capitals thin serif letters with smooth transition of strokes. The counter of the ‘U’ is filled blue and a stroke of blue and green flows across diagonally from left to right top. This is further cut out by another ‘U’ at the top right corner. The colour blue represents serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty and the colour green denotes life, production, fertility, agriculture, environment and nature. The logo is modern, trendy and attractive.

RV University is a State private university which has been established in Karnataka State with RSST as the sponsoring body through Act No.11 of 2019. The emblem of the university in gold colour has a sun symbolising platform for growth; an open book symbolising knowledge and learning and a tree symbolising continuous growth and development. At the bottom of this motif on a banner its motto in Sanskrit ‘प्रज्ञाः धीराः’ meaning  ‘The Wisdom Being Patient’ is placed. SAVITRIBAI PHULE PUNE UNIVERSITY Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) was established on February 10, 1949 under the Poona University Act. The lotus shaped emblem of SPPU has Shaniwar Wada, the palace of Peshwas of the Maratha Empire founded By Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. In the bottom left and right are the Fort of Raigad, the capital of the empire and the Parvati Hill Temple of Pune respectively, placed inside a circle. Between these circles are a pair of crossed swords, elephant heads and pens. The Shaniwar Wada is supported by two horses standing upright holding an open book which has the words 'Savitribai Phule Pune University' inscribed on it along with the year of its establishment, 1949 AD.
