The motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘सेवार्थ परमो धर्मः’, which translates to ‘Service is the Ultimate Religion’ is written on a banner placed below. The Staff of Caduceus symbolises medicine and medical profession; and the lions, which are a common heraldic element often representing strength and authority.
