TTK GROUP

The TTK Group was founded in 1928 as an indenting agency. Mr. T. T. Krishnamachari pioneered organized distribution in India. The young dynamic businessman set up distribution for a wide range of products ranging from foods, personal care products, writing instruments, to ethical products. Distribution for various brands like Cadbury’s, MaxFactor, Kiwi, Kraft, Sunlight, Lifebuoy, Lux, Ponds, Brylcreem, Kellogg’s, Ovaltine, Horlicks, Mclean, Sheaffer’s, Waterman’s and much more was established. Today the TTK group spans thirty product categories with seven group companies. TTK Prestige Ltd. is the flagship company of the group. The emblem is a monogram of its acronym created using sans serif extra bold italic lowercase letters without spacing and overlapping on the following letter in light blue colour.

VALLABHACHARYA TILAK The tilak of Vallbhacharyas is said to consist of two white lines down the forehead, forming a half-circle at its base and a white dot between them. Vallabhacharya (1479–1531 CE) was a devotional philosopher, who founded the Pushti sect in India, following the philosophy of ‘Shuddha Advaita’ (Pure Non-dualism). He wrote a very important commentary called ‘Shri Bhashya’. The Vallabhacharya sect worships Krishna in his character of Bala Gopala.

THE JAMMU & KASHMIR LIGHT INFANTRY India's first Light Infantry was born out of the peoples' response in 1947, to the invasion of Kashmir by Pakistan. In the difficult days of the invasion, the population formed local defence groups. These were later organised into militias responsible for specific sectors, e.g., Leh, Nubra, Jammu, Punch, etc. Over a period, these were grouped into the Militia battalions. Two of these were later converted into the Ladakh Scouts. The militia battalions operated with skill on the Line of Control (LoC) and in the 1971 Indo-Pak War earned three battle honours. In 1972, the militia battalions were brought on par with the army units, and in 1976 designated the Jammu & Kashmir Light Infantry (JAK LI). The 8th JAK LI earned great honour by capturing a Pakistani post at 21,000 feet at the Siachen Glacier in 1987. VARDHMAN MAHAVEER OPEN UNIVERSITY Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU) is a State open university located in Kota, Rajasthan, India. It was established in 1987 and is named after Vardhman Mahaveer, the 24th Tirthankara of Jainism. The circular emblem of the university has an atomic structure, a veena, an open book, its name and place and its year of establishment on a yellow circle with a red border. NATIONAL SINGLE WINDOW SYSTEM The National Single Window System (NSWS) is a digital platform to guide you in identifying and applying for approvals according to your business requirements. The Know Your Approvals (KYA) module includes guidance for thirty two Central Departments and thirty two States. The portal hosts applications for approvals from twenty eight Central Departments and twenty State Governments. These approvals can be applied through NSWS.
