India, in the last few years has made steady progress in the field of sports. This tremendous potential needs to be showcased at a global platform. The Khelo India Youth Games programme has been introduced to revive the sports culture in India at the grass-root level by building a strong framework for all sports played in our country and establishing India as a great sporting nation. The logo was a crowd sourced design and many chose the colours of the National flag. The three-stroke Khelo India logo was designed by Ogilvy India and offers flexibility in adapting to numerous pictorial forms.

Its name is written above the ellipse and at the bottom on a banner, the managing trust’s name is written. Its tagline ‘Inspiring Success’ is written at the bottom. A pair of laurels supports the ellipse on its sides.
