(DCCB Muzaffarpur) features a farmer with a bunch of flowers  with a Shivling as the background placed inside a circle ensconced by a blue circular border inscribed with its name in Devanagari. A pair of crests of paddy support the motif on the sides and a handshake is placed on a banner below the circle. The Shivling involves the blessings of the Lord Shiva and the farmer and the crests refer to agriculture and agricultural banking and financing. The handshake refers to goodwill, agreement, or farewell, representing trust, respect, and equality.

RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.
