The Oxford College of Engineering (TOCE) features the image of Goddess Saraswati seated on a lotus with a big halo forming the background circumscribed by the name of the managing trust of the college and ensconced by a circle. The seal is supported by a banner, inscribed with the motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘विद्या सर्वत्र शोभते’ meaning ‘Knowledge is Adorned Everywhere’. Goddess Saraswati represents knowledge, wisdom, music, arts, and learning.
