(BCE) |
The emblem of Bahubali College of Engineering (BCE) features a shape of the emblem of Jainism denoting the three worlds housing the motifs of a pair of gearwheels, an open book, a traditional lamp and a lotus. The border forming the outline is inscribed with the name and place of the college. Below the seal, the motto of the college ‘मम सुहं दितु’ (Jain Stotra) meaning ‘Give My Wellness’ is written. The gear wheels denote technology and engineering; the book refers to education, knowledge, learning and wisdom; the lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; and the lotus denotes purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty.
