The emblem of ACS College of Engineering (ACSCE) features a red shield housing the motifs of a gearwheel holding the images of a gear and a pair of spanners; a microscope; two airplanes; a construction crane; an electronic chip; and a computer. The shield is topped by a black banner inscribed with the name of the college and supported by another black banner inscribed with the motto of the college ‘Global Knowledge - Innovative Technology’. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the gearwheel denotes interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; and the other motifs refer to the subject disciplines of engineering.

The central motifs of the winged Staff of Caduceus entwined by a pair of serpents crested with a flaming torch, supported by an open book and a pair of laurels replace the Lion Capital; and the name, place and motto of the college replace the name of the State. The motto of the college in Sanskrit is ‘विद्यया विन्दते अमृतम्’ (Mantra 2.4, Kenopanishad), which translates to ‘Immortality Through Knowledge’. The Staff of Caduceus symbolises medicine and medical profession; the book symbolises the accumulation and dissemination of medical knowledge and the academic foundation of the institution; the torch with flame is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power; and the laurels are symbols, which represent victory, honour and academic excellence.
