VEMANA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (VIT)

The emblem of Vemana Institute of Technology (VIT) features a three dimensional cyan colour letter ‘V’ inscribed with the motifs of a book with a lens, a DNA chain, a building, an atomic diagram and a set of gear wheels denoting learning, education and knowledge of science, engineering and technology. An image of the statue of Vemanna crests the letter ‘V’; surmounted by the name of the college and supported by the name of the managing trust. The assemblage is ensconced by a circle, supported by a pair of laurels on sides and by the college's motto ‘Knowledge is Power’ at the bottom. The laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication.
