The emblem of A.G.M Rural College of Engineering & Technology (AGMRCET) features a brown gearwheel  housing an orange circular border housing the images of nine Jain Thirthankarars or revered Jain ascetics placed on a semicircle with a banner inscribed with the motto of the college in Kannda ‘ವಿದ್ಯೆಯೇ ವಿನಯನ ಕೋಲತ’ meaning ‘Education is The Ornament of Humility’ on a banner. The name of the managing Trust is written above the motifs. The name of the college and its year of establishment are inscribed on the orange border. The multiple figures within the emblem represent Jain Tirthankaras or revered Jain ascetics, symbolising the core tenets of Jainism, including non-violence (Ahimsa), truthfulness (Satya), non-stealing (Asteya), chastity (Brahmacharya), and non-possessiveness (Aparigraha). The circular shape and central placement of the figures within a stylised structure suggest a holistic approach to education and the strong foundation of Jain philosophy underpinning the institutions. The gearwheel denotes interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure.
