The emblem of Kalpataru Institute of Technology (KIT) features a map of the State of Karnataka holding the facade of the college and a coconut palm tree surrounded by a gearwheel, a computer, a satellite dish antenna and the year of establishment of the college, ensconced by a blue circular border inscribed with the name of the college and its place. A pair of laurels and a pair of traditional lamps support the seal on the sides; a banner inscribed with the name of the managing Trust surmounts it; and a banner  inscribed with the motto of the college ‘Knowledge is Power’ supports it. The map denotes the scope of the college’s service; the coconut tree,also known as ‘Kalpataru’ symbolises resilience, prosperity, purity, and the interconnectedness of life; the laurels are are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication; the lamps symbolise light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; and the other motifs represent the subject disciplines of engineering.

RAJENDRA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES (RIMS) The emblem of Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) is directly adapted from the State Emblem of the State of Jharkhand. The central motifs of the winged Staff of Caduceus entwined by a pair of serpents crested with a flaming torch, supported by an open book and a pair of laurels replace the Lion Capital; and the name, place and motto of the college replace the name of the State. The motto of the college in Sanskrit is ‘विद्यया विन्दते अमृतम्’ (Mantra 2.4, Kenopanishad), which translates to ‘Immortality Through Knowledge’. The Staff of Caduceus symbolises medicine and medical profession; the book symbolises the accumulation and dissemination of medical knowledge and the academic foundation of the institution; the torch with flame is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power; and the laurels are symbols, which represent victory, honour and academic excellence.

GOVERNMENT WOMEN'S POLYTECHNIC, MUZAFFARPUR (GWP MUZAFFARPUR) The orange, red and pink emblem of Government Women's Polytechnic, Muzaffarpur (GWP Muzaffarpur) features the motifs of a lotus holding three abstract humans holding their hands, a pair of gear wheels, a transmission tower, a computer and a tailoring machine and the motto of the college ‘Empowering Women Empowering Nation’. These are circumscribed by the name and place of the college and its year of establishment. These are ensconced by circular outlines in red and orange. The lotus and the humans represent purity, resilience and growth. The petals transform into abstract, uplifting figures of women with raised arms, celebrating growth, independence and shared empowerment.
