The emblem of ராணிப்பேட்டை மாவட்ட அச்சக உரிமையாளர்கள் நலச்சங்கம் (Ranipettai District Printing Press Owners Welfare Association) features a circle holding a registration mark with four arrows forming the arcs of a circle placed on a CMYK mark housing the images of a treadle printing machine, small offset printing machine, a four colour offset printing machine and a digital printing machine. This circle is ensconced by a blue circular border inscribed with the name of the Association. Below the seal, on a yellow banner, the motto of the Association in Tamil ‘ஒற்றுமையாக உயர்வோம்!’ meaning ‘Let's Prosper Together in Unity!’ is inscribed.

Sharma, FRS, recommended that the laboratories in Delhi, Calcutta and Hyderabad must be developed as Science and Technology institutions, functioning in an autonomous fashion.
