The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the cross is the primary symbol of Christianity, representing the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, his victory over sin and death, and his ultimate sacrifice for humanity; and the torch with flame is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power.

UTTARANCHAL UNIVERSITY Uttaranchal University has come a long way since its inception in 2013 providing world class multidisciplinary education.
