The blue logo of Ultra Arts and Science College (UASC) features a cross with the Caduceus the Staff of Hermes with a pair of entwined snakes and wings crested by a traditional lamp and circumscribed with the motto ‘Science Service Success’. The motifs are ensconced by a pair of blur circles and supported by a pair of laurels. The name of the college is written on the right of the pictorial in blue sans-serif extra bold. The cross is the primary symbol of Christianity, representing the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, his victory over sin and death, and his ultimate sacrifice for humanity. The Staff of Hermes denotes medicine and medical profession; the lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity and the laurels are symbols of ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication.

Sharma, FRS, recommended that the laboratories in Delhi, Calcutta and Hyderabad must be developed as Science and Technology institutions, functioning in an autonomous fashion. Accordingly, the Government of India declared the forensic science Institutions, as Science and Technology institutions. In the first phase, the three Central Forensic Science Laboratories at Calcutta, Hyderabad, and Chandigarh were restructured into six scientific division viz. Biology, Ballistics, Chemistry, Explosive, Physics and Toxicology. RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written.
