The red, green and blue colour shield-shaped emblem of The Kavery College of Education for Women (TKCEW) is inscribed with the motifs of a traditional lamp, an open book, a globe of earth, a necktie, a satellite dish antenna, a computer, and an electrical transmission tower, A banner inscribed with the motto of the college ‘Creativity Success Excellence’ is placed on the shield at the bottom. The shield denotes protection, courage, heritage, authority and bravery; the book denotes knowledge, education, learning and wisdom; the lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; the globe denotes education, knowledge, influence, timelessness, global unity and interconnectedness; the necktie symbolises professionalism, authority, confidence, and respect; the computer, and the antenna and the tower refer to science, engineering and technology.

RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.
